TheCarMom
TheCarMom, a leading automotive content creator focused on family car buying, needed a website that could grow beyond personality-driven content and support a more scalable platform. The goal was to help families move from research to confident purchase while strengthening credibility as a trusted automotive resource.
The design introduced a guide-first website experience that balances approachability with expertise. Vehicle pages were reimagined as comprehensive resources combining reviews, car seat compatibility, and decision tools, supported by a cohesive design system and improved navigation across an expanding content library.
The work established a scalable CMS foundation, aligned stakeholders around a clearer platform vision, and reinforced the shift toward a tool-driven decision ecosystem. The resulting experience positions TheCarMom as a trusted automotive authority while supporting long-term content growth and audience engagement.
