Joule House, a residential development in Wynwood, Miami, needed a brand and marketing ecosystem that could stand out in a saturated arts-driven market. The goal was to create a cohesive identity rooted in the neighborhood’s creative energy while supporting leasing and placemaking efforts.

The work introduced a naming strategy inspired by the intersection of Wynwood’s vibrant culture and the site’s proximity to an electrical substation, shaping a brand concept centered on movement and electricity. A lightning bolt motif, bold color palette, and art-driven direction informed a unified system applied across website design, signage, environmental graphics, and leasing materials.

The resulting experience positions Joule House as a culturally driven residential brand that blends placemaking storytelling with a scalable marketing foundation.
