Tacswap, a marketplace platform for tactical gear, needed product and website design support to improve key user journeys and streamline listing creation. The focus was on enhancing onboarding and contribution flows to better support both new users and active sellers.

The work centered on updated experiences for auto enrollment, logged-out user onboarding and sign-up, and a redesigned listing creation flow that introduced expanded metadata capabilities. These improvements aim to reduce friction, clarify expectations, and enable richer product information across the marketplace.

Currently in development, the updates establish a stronger foundation for structured listings and a smoother onboarding experience as the platform continues to evolve.
